DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

This position required multifunctional duties, combining item management and contracting together.  Duties included planning /managing inventory levels and serving as the overall cradle-to-grave contracting agent.

As a commodity business specialist, I simultaneously perform as a contracting specialist and an inventory management specialist. As a specialist, I perform the comprehensive stages of government contracting until final contract close-out. I nsure that my actions are in compliance with all requirements of law, executive orders, regulations and other applicable procedures (e.g. FAR, DFARS, DLAD)
